Digitisation

Nelson Historical Society is working with Nelson Public Libraries, City of Nelson Civic Trust, and the New Zealand Society of Genealogists – Nelson Branch on the next stage of the Nelson Mail digitisation project (1946 to 1965). Nelson Mail Digitisation

We provided financial support for the digitisation of the Nelson Evening Mail on Papers Past up to and including 1946.

The Prow

The society has supported The Prow, a collaborative online heritage resource featuring historical and cultural stories from Nelson, Tasman, and Marlborough (Te Tau Ihu).
