For generations, Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park has been the backdrop to quintessential Kiwi summers. One of Aotearoa New Zealand’s oldest and largest holiday parks, it sits on land cared for by Tāhuna Beach Camp Inc (formerly the Tāhuna Sands Association) since 1926.

Woven throughout this centenary history are the stories of generations of guests who have returned year after year, creating family traditions, friendships and treasured memories.

A project that captures a mix of local history, social history and a celebration of a much-loved place, guest speakers Emma Gilkison, Writer, and Debbie Armatage, Marketing Manager and centenary project lead for Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park, will discuss honouring a century of beachside memories at Tāhunanui.

The book will be available on the night, having launched at the 100th AGM on 30 Sept. Title is 100 Years of Beachside Memories, $55 incl gst per copy.
